Garland Huggins, President
Garland is one of the co-founders of JDLK Construction Services, LLC. He has a Florida Class A Certified General Contractors license along with over 30 years of experience in the construction field in Central Florida. Prior to opening this business, Garland has served as President, Director of Construction, Qualifier, Estimator and Project Manager for new construction, and renovations for multi-family and commercial general contractors and developers. Garland’s expertise includes conceptual design, development, coordination, and scheduling.
Joe Kifner, Vice President
Joe, also, one of the co-founders of JDLK Construction Services, LLC, began his career in construction in 1983 and has been living in the Orlando area since 1996. Joe started in the Central Florida construction industry immediately after his move. Prior to starting at JDLK, he collaborated with many well-known local contractors including C.E.D., Bainbridge, and ContraVest. Joe’s experience includes - commercial, multi-family and residential construction including estimating, scheduling, and supervision. Joe has supervised multiple successful projects here in the Central Florida area.
Josh Huggins, Estimator
Josh is also a co-founder of JDLK Construction Services, LLC, and brings over 20 years of experience working with multifamily and commercial General Contractors in the Central Florida area. Josh’s primary focus is to review construction plans and estimate cost and construction feasibility. Encompassed within that objective, he possesses a practical working knowledge of construction means and methods, accounting, scheduling, project management and most importantly the analytical skills to combine all of these to be able to decipher all the information from all trades and combine that into a clear and concise proposal to owners and developers.
